Jesus depcts the kingdom of God as a great supper where many that are invited provide flimsy excuses and reufse the gracious invitation. The master then sends his servant out to invite the blind, lame and poor, the unfortunate of society to the feast. Even after inviting them all, there is still room for more. But, what is certain is, the ones who refused the invitation will have no part in the supper, the kingdom of God. Although the gospel is sent to all, many refuse to obey offering pitiful excuses. But the Lord extends His gospel to the humble who accept and obey it shutting the door on those who willingly refused the gospel invitation. Are you ready to accept the invitation of salvation today?
