Jesus’ Parable of The Ten Virgins v2
In Matthew 25, Jesus teaches the parable of the ten virgins where He contrasts the behavior of the 5 prudent compared to the five foolish virgins. Being unprepared when the bridegroom came, the foolish virgins were shut out of the wedding feast while the prudent virgins, being prepared, were allowed to enter in. The bridegroom had delayed in coming and took them all by surprise. Jesus concludes by saying His disciples must be watchful and alert for His cooing. How does this apply to us today and how must we behave to be prepared for Jesus’ final coming?
