Description
So many claim to perform miracles today but when we look at the evidence found in the New Testament, we will see that these miracles were not intended to continue past their intended duration. Their purpose was not only to heal people but primarily to confirm that the new Testament was the Word of God. When the New Testament was completed, there was no longer any purpose to these miracles continuing. God still heals today but does not directly use people to perform miracles like we can read of in the Scriptures.
