Description
This file focuses on the conquest of Canaan headed by Joshua who was strong in his faith. But after his death, Israel departed to idolatry and many enemies ruled over them. God still worked His plan in the days of the Judges, raising them up to deliver His people from oppression. The people then cry for a king and Saul is chosen, who rebelled against God and was rejected. God chose David a man after His own heart to rule. Although David sinned greatly, he confessed his sin and repented unlike Saul. Solom reigns after David, blessed with great wisdom from God. But, he forsakes God for idolatrous wives and paves the way for the kingdom to be divided.
