Errors of The Pharisees v2 Hypocrisy
Besides self-righteousness, trusting in themselves they were righteous instead of the mercy of God, the Pharisee also exhibited hypocrisy. Instead of changing to please God from the inside out, they pretended to be righteous so they could be exalted by others rather than by God. God desires only sincere, willing, loving service. Let us study their error so we can overcome and avoid it.
