For by grace you have been saved through faith
In Ephesians 2:8, Paul writes that we have been saved by grace through faith. But, how does this happen? By grace, His unmerited favor toward us, God sent Jesus to die for our sins, be buried, and raised Him on the third day and seated Him at His right hand where He is reigning over all. This is God’s grace that we might be saved through the blood of Jesus who paid the price for our sins. But, we must respond by faith, a continuing belief and trust in Jesus to save us from our sins. This faith must trust In God enough to meet whatever conditions He has given for us to obey. Let us study to see how faith must act in order to receive the grace of God through Jesus that we can be saved.
