In Philippians 3:1-16, Paul writes of how he had given all things that he counted as gain in order to know Christ, to be found righteous according to faith in Jesus and press forward in spite of the past to the upward call of call in Christ Jesus. Let us study being willing to give up all things that would prevent us from being saved by Christ even religious beliefs which cannot be confirmed by the Word of God. Let us learn to deal with the past as God would have us do so that we may grow in Christ in the present looking forward to being with Him for eternity.
