The Christian’s Joy v2
Worldly joy is based on how well our earthly material circumstance are. We manifest this joy by laughing and smiling. In Contrast, spiritual joy is based on the reality of Jesus being raised from the dead after dying for our sins. Our great joy comes from seeking to please Him regardless of our earthly circumstances. Even when we look sad, in Christ we can have much joy. We rejoice because we are saved, others are saved, in persecutions and trials that strengthen our faith, being content serving Christ and having a living hope in Christ looking forward to eternal life. Let us continually rejoice as Christians with the untakeable joy He has given us in Christ.
