It is sad that there are many churches that claim to follow only the Bible for their source of authority. But instead, when you examine their teachings, you will find that they are following unreliable sources of religious authority that result in disobedience to God. These include the Old Testament, unwritten and written traditions of men and whether something produces good results. Let us examine these and more so we may abandon these unreliable sources of authority and cling only to the apostles’ teaching, the New Testament, for all authority to direct the church in organization, worship and work.
