Are Homosexuality and Homosexual Marriage Pleasing To God? v2 1
Many in our nation and even the world today believe that homosexuality is an acceptable lifestyle choice that no one should judge as sinful or wrong in any way. They also have come to believe in many countries including the US, that homosexual (same-sex) marriages are also acceptable and have legalized them. However, whatever society believes and endorses as acceptable does not means that it aligns with what the Word of God teaches. For Christians, our attitudes and conduct must be determined by the Scriptures. In these lessons, we ask the question is homosexuality and homosexual marriage pleasing to God? If so, all is well. But, if God calls these sinful, then, we should be concerned because one day we will be judged by Him if we do not turn from such sins. If we do turn though, Jesus provides forgives of sins through His blood when we obey the terms of pardon provided in His gracious gospel. Let us humbly and honestly study to see what God’s Word says about homosexuality and homosexual marriage.
