Preacher: Gary Hunt | Series: Faith, The Power of God’s Word | In this lesson, we focus on the conditions God has given us to govern how we are to pray to Him. Often, we focus only on our requests to be answered and either do not know or ignore the conditions that should guide our prayers. We must pray in the name of Jesus according to God’s will. We must also pray having faith in God. And, there are other conditions, we will note as well. Does this mean we can ask God for anything and He is always obligated to provide whatever we ask? Sadly, this is what so many believe but cannot be confirmed by His Word. Also, we will look at how God answers our prayers, especially in cases where He provides latitude in how He will answer, that is He could answer any number of ways. What do we do when He answers in a way that displeases or disappoints us? Do we lose our faith or grow stronger in faith, trusting, praising and thanking Him for all things?
