The Unity and Inspiration of The Bible 3
The Bible contains 66 books written by about 40 different authors who lived at different times and in different places spanning a period of about 1500 years. Yes, the Bible reveals one common theme, God saves humanity from sin through Jesus Christ. How could these diverse men living at different times and place produce a collection of writings containing a common theme? Also, how could they produce the Bible which perfect fits together in such a way that many writings, prophecies in the Old Testament are fulfilled in the new Testament by those who neither understood nor desired to fulfill such prophecies of Jesus and His kingdom. Did this happen by accident or were these men guided by God through the Holy Spirit who directed them in exactly what they should speak and write? Let us consider the unity and inspiration of the bible.
