The Ethiopian Eunuch One Who Believed With All His Heart That Jesus Is The Son of God v2
He was a man who loved God and tried to follow the Law of Moses but had not become a Christian. On his way home from Jerusalem, he was reading from what we know as Isaiah 53. When he could not understand who this passage was about, Philip the evangelist came and taught Him about Christ, the true Lamb of God. When he heard the gospel on a desert road, he obeyed it immediately confessing Jesus as the Son of God and being baptized (immersed in water) for the forgiveness of his sins. When we have been taught correctly about Jesus and how to obey the gospel, are we willing to follow the Eunuch’s example to become a Christian in the only way the gospel teaches?
