When, at what point of his faith in Jesus, was Saul saved? It is popularly taught and sadly believed by many that Saul of Tarsus, later called the apostle Paul, was saved by the sinner’s prayer on the road to Damascus. Is this true? As we study this case of conversion, we will see that Saul was saved in the same way all must be saved to become a Christian, but that is not by the sinner’s prayer. Let us study carefully to see when Saul was saved. And, let us ask ourselves the question, were we saved in the same way Saul was saved?
