It also depends on whether people believe a Christian can be lost after once being saved? Jesus is the savior of His one church, His body. But, what is His one church, how do we bcome and remain members of His one body so we can be saved.

We too can be saved by the gospel if we are willing to believe in Jesus enough to repent of our sins and be baptized (immersed) in water for the forgiveness of our sins.
