Further, they conclude that unless our desires are acted on, they are not sinful. They further claim that Jesus was subject to all sinful desires because He was tempted in all points as we are.

Temptation occurs from without when Satan solicits us to sin and our response whether right or wrong is from within our hearts.

If we do not desire it, there is no temptation. Temptations are presented by the Devil from without and our responses to them come from within, either resisting or yielding to temptations.
