Even though no miracles are done, God’s providence is seen as He looks ahead and provides what is needed for His purpose to save humanity through Jesus goes forward. Esther plays a great part in saving the Jewish people from being destroyed. God also works silently in His providence for His people, His one church, today. He brings forth His purpose against all evil without violating our free will.
