Temptations are presented by the Devil from without and our responses to them come from within, either resisting or yielding to temptations.

One of and perhaps the harding things we are told to do to become a Christian is to repent of our sins. We also must continue to repent even after we become children of God. But, what is repentace? What causes us to repent? What are the fruits of repentance?

We study some ways we are to encourage one another both in and out of our assemblies. The more we encourage one another we can grow stronger in serving the Lord and facing a frowning and criticizing world.

Is once saved always saved true? We hear this so often in various churches but do the Scriptures confirm this? Peter is a good study that shows us the truth and warns us that we can fall away from the Lord if we choose to do so.

The trend today among many Christians is to lower the bar of God’s standard in regard to qualifications of elders, work of the local church and marriage divorce and remarriage. Instead, we ought to reach up to follow God’s perfect standard.
